  1. It’s 1 lb. (16 oz.) of Velveeta cheese, cubed.
  2. You need 1 cup of sour cream.
  3. Prepare 1 (14 oz.) of smoked sausage link.
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup of each, red and green peppers, chopped.
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup of onion, chopped.
  6. It’s 1 of Roma tomato, chopped.
  7. Make ready 1 clove of garlic, minced.

Jambalaya Dip step by step

  1. Place the velveeta, sour cream, peppers, onion, tomato and garlic in a crockpot..
  2. Cut the sausage into bite size chunks and saute in a little oil over medium high heat until browned..
  3. Add to crockpot along with seasonings..
  4. Stir completely..
  5. Cook on low for 3 hrs..
