- Mix flour, salt, milk powder, nigella seeds in a big bowl.
- Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup water and add to the flour mix.
- Add the oil and the rest of the water and mix it with your hands very throughly for 8 minutes till it become soft and little sticky..
- Make it as a ball, cover it and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes..
