Make ready 2 cup of milk powder.
Take 3/4 cup of milk.
Make ready 4-5 tsp of ghee.
It’s 4-5 tsp of powdered sugar.
Prepare 1/2 tsp of elaichi powder.
Prepare of Pink and green food colour.

In a pan add ghee and milk mix well. Bring it to boil. Set the flame on low then gradually add milk powder. Stir it continusley to avoid lumps..
Then add cardamom powder. Stir and cook until mixture sepreate pan & form dough..
Turn off the flame and transfer into a plate. Spread the mixture and left for 2-3 minutes. Then add 2tbsp ghee mix it. Then add powdered sugar mix it well and knead it..
Now add pinch of pink food colour mix well..
Grease ghee on plastic bag. Roll it thick. Cut the circle with the help of bottle cap..
Take first petal circle and roll it. Stick petals one by one and make flowers. Its ready to serve..
