Ingredients of Non Fried Gravy Manchurian and vegetable Fried Rice
- Take 1 bowl of Finely chopped Vegetable. (Carrot,Beans, Cabbage etc).
- You need 2 of onions Finely Chopped.
- Take 2 of capsicum Finely Chopped.
- Take 1 tsp of Chilli sauce.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Soya sauce.
- Take 1/2 tsp of White pepper powder.
- Take 1/4 tsp of black pepper Powder.
- You need 2 tsp of Tomato Ketchup.
- Take 4 tsp of Ajinomoto.
- You need 1/2 Cup of Corn flour.
- Prepare 1/2 Cup of maida/All-purpose flour.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Take as needed of oil.
- You need 2 tsp of Vinegar.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
- Prepare 1 bowl of moderately chopped veggies for fried rice.
- You need 3 of onions moderately chopped for rice and gravy.
- Take 3 of capsicum moderately chopped for rice and gravy.
- It’s 1 tbsp of cornflour + water to form paste.
Non Fried Gravy Manchurian and vegetable Fried Rice step by step
- Take a big bowl of finely chopped veggies and bowl them in water untill 2 to 3 boils..
- Strain the veggies and add finely chopped onion and capsicum..
- Dont throw away water use it in gravy..
- In veggies add 3 tbsp red chilli sauce, 3 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp white pepper, pinch ajinomoto and salt to taste. 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste..
- Then add 1/2 cup maida and 1/2 cup cornflour. Mix and make small balls..
- Take an appe pan add lil bit of oil in cavities and put these balls. Brush some oil above it..
- Flip then onnce cooked from one side. Flip untill cooked properly from all sides..
- Now lets make Gravy. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste and saute..
- Then add half of the moderately chopped onions and capsicum and saute on med to high flame..
- Then add salt,ajinomoto, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce and 2 tsp soya sauce. 1 tbsp vinegar (optional) then add 2 tsp tomato ketchup..
- Mix everything and add the vegetable stock of boiled veggies. Stirr untill boil comes and then add cornflour paste..
- Cook untill 2 3 boils come and then add manchurian balls. Cook for 5 more mins..
- For fried rice in a wok add 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste and saute it..
- Then add half of moderately chopped onion and capsicum. Saute on med to high flame for 2 to 3 mins then add par boiled veggies..
- Carrot, Beans, Cabbage and Cauliflower should be boiled in water untill a boil comes..
- Saute these mix and then add seasoning. Salt to taste, 2 tbsp red Chilli Sauce, 2 tsp soya sauce, pinch of ajinomoto, 1 tsp white pepper, 2 tsp black pepper..
- Mix everything and add 1 and half cup rice boiled. Mix everthing and saute for 2 to 3 mins..
