Ingredients of Punch de crème
- Prepare 4 of eggs.
- Prepare 4 tins of condensed milk.
- You need 1 tin of evaporated milk.
- You need of 1 bottle red or white rum.
- It’s of 2 tsp bitters.
- It’s of 1 tsp nutmeg & cinnamon.
- It’s of 2 tsp mixed essence.
- You need of Piece lime or lemon peel.
Punch de crème step by step
- Beat eggs with peel at least 6 to 8 times then remove peel.
- Add milk one by one beating continuously.
- Add rum,essence,bitters & spices,beat well.
- Bottle & store at room temperature. Yield 3 bottles.
- Serve over ice.
