Sweet Hanamame step by step

  1. Soak the beans in plenty of water overnight..
  2. Drain the soaking water and put the beans in a pot. Pour in plenty of fresh water so the beans are well submerged..

  5. After completely cool, strain the cooking water, which will be dark in color, and wash the beans..
  6. Repeat the simmering, cooling, and washing steps another 1 to 2 times until the skin of the beans has softened..
