Ingredients of Singaporean Rice

  9. You need 2 tbsp of Ketchup.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of each Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and soya sauce.
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp of Crushed red chillies.
  12. Prepare of Salt (add if needed).
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of Black pepper.
  14. Take 1/3 tsp of White pepper.

Singaporean Rice instructions

  8. Add black pepper, white pepper, crushed red chilli, sugar, oyster and Worcestershire sauce and mix really well. Add half cup milk and 1 cup water gradually and mix well. Consistency should not be very thick. The sauce must have pouring consistency..
