- Prepare 3 of Medium Eggs.
- It’s 1 of Ripe Avocado.
- You need 1/2 Block of Melted Butter.
- You need 3 of Dessert Spoons of Nut Butter.
- Make ready 2 of Heaped Dessert Spoons of Cocoa Powder.
- It’s 1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup (or sweetener of your choice).
- It’s 1/2 Tsp of Salt.
- Take 1/4 Tsp of Xanthan Gum.
- It’s 1 of Heaped Tsp Coconut Flour.
- You need 1 of Heaped Tbsp Ground Almonds.
Keto Brownies instructions
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
- Place mixture in lined brownie tin.
- Cook for 17mins.
- Best eaten cold.
- Note - Adjust thickness/Gooey-ness with the amount of almond flour according to taste.
