Ingredients of Fried Rice
- Take 1.5 cup of basmati rice.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of soya sauce.
- Take 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
- Take 1 tablespoon of ketchup.
- Prepare 2 of medium size onion.
- You need 2 of medium size capsicum.
- Make ready 1 cup of chopped cabbage.
- Make ready 4 tablespoon of oil.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need as needed of Spring onions for garinsh.
- Make ready of as per need Water.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of kitchen king masala.
- You need 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds powder.
Fried Rice instructions
- Wash the rice properly in water. Now take one vessel and add water in it. Keep it on high flame. Add one teaspoon of oil and salt.
- When water starts boiling add washed rice in it and cooked it 90 percent only. When it cooked drain it in sieves.
- Cut all vegetable in same ways. Now, take handi type pan. Add oil, keep it on medium flame. When oil heated add onion and garlic- ginger paste.
- Saute properly than add cabbage and capsicum. Let them cooked. After they 90 percent cooked. Add Soya sauce, Red chilli sauce, ketchup, coriander seeds powder, kitchen king masala and rice.
- Mix well. Cover it with lid and cooked it for 5 minutes at low flame. After mins. Garnish it with spring onion. Fried rice is ready to serve.
