Ingredients of Kaddu ki Sabzi

  1. Make ready 1 kg of Kaddu.
  2. Take 1 of onion.
  3. Take 2 of tomato.
  4. It’s 1/4 cup of Oil.
  5. Make ready 1 Tbsp of finely chopped garlic.
  6. Prepare 1 Tbsp of lal mirch powder.
  7. Prepare 1 Tsp of salt (to taste).
  8. Take 1 Tsp of Haldi.
  9. Prepare 1 Tsp of zeera.
  10. Take 1/2 Tsp of Raidana.

  2. Heat oil in pan. Add raidaana & zeera.let it pop up. Add chopped garlic & fry till aroma comes. Add sliced onion & fry to pink. Add lal mirch, haldi, salt with little splash of water & fry masala in oil.
  3. When masala smell diminish add kaddu pieces & tomato. Mix well.cover & let it cook over medium flame.it will coom in it's own water or if needed add 1/2 cup water.
  4. When kaddu gets soften and cooked well in masala. add harimirch. cover & turn off flame.
  5. Garnish with chop fresh haradhania.sprinkle 1 tsp garam masala powder before serving (optional).
  6. Serve garma garamkaddu ki sabzi with chapati and enjoy with cookpad..
