Take 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
Make ready 1/2 can of condensed milk.
Make ready 2 tbsp of ghee.
It’s 1/2 cup of milk.
Make ready 1/2 tsp of vanilla cake.
You need 1 drop of Food colour red, green.

Party Cake instructions
In a bowl, add egg, sugar, half cup milk, oil & beat well so that sugar dissolves..
Take another bowl, sieve maida, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda properly & add this to egg mixture..
Beat this batter well, if required you can add more milk in order to get a ribbon consistency. Now take the cake mould, brush all sides with ghee, sprinkle maida & pour the cake batter then flatten the upper surface of batter by patting. Oven should be pre heated for 15 minutes, 200℃. Then bake for 15 minutes,180℃..
After 15 minutes, check by pricking a toothpick that whether it is clean or not, if it is clean, your cake is ready, if not then bake for some more time. Cool for 10 minutes then de mould..
For the cake topping, heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add 1/2 cup condensed milk, 1/2 cup milk powder & stir continuously. When the mixture gets separated from remove it from heat sauce. Add edible colours in these mixture & make toppings of different shape, then place them on the top of cake & your cake is ready!.
