Ingredients of Hare Kaddu ki Sabzi

  1. Take 500 gm of hara kaddu (may cook without peeling also).
  2. Prepare 1-2 tbsp of mustard oil.
  3. It’s Pinch of Kasuri methi.
  4. You need Pinch of jeera /cumin seeds.
  5. Prepare 3-4 of garlic cloves grated.
  6. You need 1 inch of ginger grated.
