Fish stew, spinach and ugali instructions

  1. Heat some 2 tbsp of oil in a sufuria before adding in the onions.
  2. Once your onions are translucent add in your chopped tomatoes and let it cook for a minute or two add salt to taste.
  3. Once all the tomatoes are crushed put in the fish gently and scoop some crushed tomatoes and spread on the top part. Let it cook for a minute on low heat below flipping the fish.. Later add in the chopped coriander leavers and a cup of water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with some spinach and ugali.
