- Take 3 of green chilli.
- Prepare 12-14 of garlic pieces.
- You need 1 of bay leaf.
- It’s 1 of kashmiri lal mirch.
- It’s Handful of Coriander leaves.
- You need 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare As per taste of All the spices.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of garam masala.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala.
- You need 5-6 of cashews.
- Make ready 11/2 cup of rice.
Tricolour Pulao instructions
- Take a pan add water then add rice and add little salt in it..
- For red colour:- make a puree of tomato, 1/2tbsp kashmiri lal mirch powder, take a pan add oil, garlic, onion,chopped tomatoes(without seeds), saute it then add 1/2cup rice and mix it properly..
- For white colour:- take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds, bay leaf, onion, cabbage and cashews saute it then again add 1/2cup of rice and mix it properly..
- For green colour:- Take a pan add oil, add the paste of green chilli and coriander leaves, boiled potatoes, capsicum, cabbage, corn, garam masala and saute it properly..
- Take a big vessel and decorate the three colour pulav and mix it properly..
