14. Prepare 1 tsp of dried basil.
15. Prepare 1 tsp of thyme.
16. Make ready 2 tbs of olive oil.

1. Toss potatoes with the olive oil, basil, and thyme and salt and pepper. Bake at 400°F for 35 min or until cooked through.
