- Make ready 2 cup of Wheat flour with bran.
- You need 1 cup of Jaggery.
- You need 3/4 cup of Vegetable oil.
- Take 3/4 cup of Soya Curd.
- You need 4 piece of Overripe Banana.
- Make ready 1 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Chopped Almond, Cashew nuts n Raisins.
- Take 2 tbsp of Coconut Flakes.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cinnamon Powder.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Cocoa powder.

- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl….
- Grind jaggery in grinder or u can dissolve in curd…
- Now mash bananas.. Add jaggery n soya curd.. Mix well.. Shouldn't be any lumps…
- Add vegetable oil in jaggery mix it..
- Mix all dry ingredients in wet ingredients.. Except nuts..
- Now blend with hand blender or electric blender…
- Grease the baking dish with oil or butter…
- Mix all chopped nuts n coconut flakes…
- Pour the batter in baking dish…
- Bake for 30 - 40 min in 180°F temperature..
- Take out n check with knife.. If it comes out clean.. Its done.. Let it cool the banana bread..
