- Take an entire mozerella cheese pack and cut it into 2 halves. Grate both halves and keep it separately. Use one half cube grated cheese to mix with the potatoes and the other half as filling..
- Take half grated mozerella cheese. Add boiled corn kernels, jalapenos, boiled and mashed potatoes, Coriander and chilli paste, oregano, chilli flakes, pizza seasoning, black pepper, salt and 4 tablespoons maida..
- Mix the above well and add half or 1 lemon depending on the taste..
- Smear oil and make a ball and flatten it like a small pancake and take a small amount of the other half grated mozerella cheese and place it in the middle and close the sides and make it a ball..
- Dip in the mixture of runny consistency of corn flour + maida + water and dip in bread crumbs and coat it once with the of corn flour + maida + water and then with bread crumbs..
- Refrigerate the balls made for 30-40 mins..
