Ingredients of Kaddu Ka Halwa

  2. You need 1 cup of dry milk.
  3. You need 3,4 of green Cardamon.
  4. Take 1/2 cup of sugar (as per taste).

Kaddu Ka Halwa step by step

  1. Sab se phly kaddu chil ke pieces ma kaat lain darmiyan se white wala portion alag kar dain. pan ma kaddu ar 1 cup water dal ke cover kar ke medium flame per rakh dain..
  2. Jab kaddu gal jaye pani dry ho jye flame off kar ke thand kar lain kaddu blender ma dal lain sath thora sa fresh milk add karein achy se blend ho jye. Ab mixture ko wok ma dalein ar pakaein jab dry ho jye desi ghee 1/2 cup (as required)dalein aur Elaichi ke danay dal ke cook karein..
  3. Jab ghee niklny lgye sugar ar dry milk add kar dain halwa thick hony lgye (sugar check kar lain agr kam ho tu aur add kar lain) ar ghee b kam ho aur add kar sakte hyn) jab halwa ghee chor dy tu flame off kar dain halwa ready hy..
  4. Dish out it and garnish with almonds and any dry nuts.. Enjoy 🙂.
