Saute chicken with onions in pan until onions are translucent.
Take one tortillas and place chicken mixture with sprinkles of both cheeses on top.
Place the other Tortilla on top then place it in a non stick frying pan..
Gentle press together to melt the cheese and golden brown it on both sides.
Remove from pan and slice four ways..
