Dahi kabab are vegetarian kababs that are crispy outside but the interior just melts in your mouth. They are quite a common kind of vegetarian kebabs eaten in Northern India.

Here is the best “Dahi kebab” recipe we have found until now. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Ingredients of Dahi kebab

  1. You need 1 bowl of hung curd(Greek yoghurt ).
  2. You need 1/4 bowl of chopped capsicum.
  3. You need 1/4 bowl of chopped onion.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of grated carrot.
  5. It’s 1/4 bowl of grated or mashed paneer.
  6. Prepare 14-15 of bread slices.
  7. Take to taste of Salt.
  8. Take 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder.
  9. Prepare Pinch of red chilli powder.
  10. Take As needed of Oil for frying the kebab.
  11. Prepare of Curd coriander chutney.
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped coriander leaves.
  13. You need to taste of Salt.
  14. You need 1 tsp of ginger.
  15. It’s 1/2 of onion.
  16. Take to taste of Red chilli powder.

Dahi kebab instructions

  1. In a bowl add hung curd, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, grated carrot, mashed paneer, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and mix well..
  2. Now take a bread slice. Cut it's brown sides and flatten the left bread with roti roller. Now put 1 tbps curd stuffing and roll the bread slice and close by applying very little water on sides..
  3. Now in a pan add oil to fry these kebab and once bread turns golden brown take them out..
  4. Now in a mixer add 1 tbps curd, chopped coriander,ginger, half onion salt as per taste and red chilli powder as per taste and grind the mixture to a chutney consistency..
  5. Kebab are ready to serve with this chutney.
