  1. Make ready 1 ltr of buttermilk.
  2. Make ready 3-4 tsp of besan.
  3. You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  4. Take 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  5. It’s 1 tsp of garam masala.
  6. Take 1 cup of raita boondi.
  7. Make ready 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of methi dana.
  9. Make ready pinch of hing.
  10. Take as needed of oil.
  11. It’s to taste of salt.

Boondi Kadhi step by step

  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottam wok add methi daana and hing roast it..
  2. Now add all masale and saute it add buttermilk,besan and water..
  3. Cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes..
  4. Add boondi and cook for 5 minutes..
  5. Serve with roti..
