Ingredients of Boondi kadhi

1. Take 1 cup of sour curd.
2. Make ready 1/4 cup of Besan/Gram flour.
3. Take 1 cup of spicy boondi.

14. You need 1/4 tsp of roasted jeera(cumin) powder.
15. Take to taste of Salt.
16. Take 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.

1. Make buttermilk from curd then add turmeric powder and besan.whisk well.now cook on medium to high flame.stir occasionally..
2. In tadka Pan heat ghee and temper mustard seeds, Cinnamon stick, cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chillies, red chilli powder. Now add ginger garlic paste.pour in kadhi..
