- Firstly in a large mixing bowl,add all ingredients and make a soft dough, keep aside.
- Now pinch a ball size potato mixture and flatten slightly.
- Place a grated cheese in the centre.
- Get the edges together and stuff the cheese well.
- From a smooth ball.
- In a bowl add rice flour and water and mix them to get pouring consistency batter in a kadai.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Deep them in rice flour batter and then in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry coated cheese balls on a medium flame.
