  10. You need 1 of egg, beaten.
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of fine diced green bell peppers.
  12. Make ready 1/2 cup of finely diced onion.
  13. You need 1/2 cup of finely diced celery.
  14. You need 1 cup of finely diced carrots.
  15. You need 1/2 cup of chili sauce.
  16. Take 1/4 cup of barbecue ssuce.

  2. spoon into an 11 inch (28cm) loaf pan.
  3. spread the barbeque sauce on top.
  4. bake for 1 1/4 hours in a preheated 350°F (180 C) oven.
  5. remove from oven, cool to warm, unmold and chill. serve cold..
  6. ENJOY.
