  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp. of nigella seeds (kalonji).
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp. of coriander leaves, chopped.
  9. Take 1-2 of green chilies, slit.

  1. Marinate the fish with yoghurt, salt, turmeric powder, mustard oil and chopped green chilies for 10 minutes..
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and temper with nigella seeds and slit green chilies. Saute for a few seconds..
  3. Add the marinated fish and cook, covered on a low flame for 4-5 minutes. When done add the remaining mustard oil and coriander leaves..
  4. Mix gently and switch off the flame. Serve with hot steamed rice..
