Ingredients of Cheesy Cheese
- It’s 100 gm of Cheese.
- Prepare ,50 gm of Mozrella,.
- You need 5 of onions.
- You need ,5 of tomaotes,.
- It’s 2 of green chilli,.
- You need 3 of kashmiri chilli,.
- It’s 6 piece of black pepper,.
- You need 4 of green Cardamom,.
- You need 6 of cloves,.
- Take As needed of Salt,sugar to taste,turmeric,dry coriander powder,Cumin seed.
- Make ready 1 inch of cinnamon,.
- Make ready 6 of garlic cloves.
- Make ready 2 tsp of grated Ginger,kasuri methi.
- You need of as required Refined,butter.
- Make ready 100 of ml.water.
Cheesy Cheese instructions
- Place a kadai And put on 1spoon refined….now saute black pepper,cinnamon,cardamom,dry dhania.now add chopped onions And saute to till golden..now add chopped green chilli,tomatoes garlic cloves,Ginger And kashmiri chillies And cooked for 5-6min……now add 100ml.water And covered the kadai And cooked for 7-8 min…
- Now make a puree to oll of these ingredients….now again place the kadai on gas And put some butter on it..now add the puree And cooked for 5-6 min And add salt,turmeric,dry dhania powder,cumin seeds powder And Kasuri methi And cooked for 1 min…now add cheese cubes And covered it And off the gas…now wrap in a plate And put some grated Mozerella cheese on it…
