  1. Sauté onion with vegtable oil.
  2. Add garlic, cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Set aside and cool.
  4. Mix cracker crumbs and milk.
  5. Add hamburger and pork to milk mixture..
  6. Add onion, worcester sauce, mustard, eggs, basil, salt and pepper to mixture. Mix well.
  7. Spray foil lined pan with cooking spray..

  10. Mix well until sugar is dissolved. Cook cor additional 5 minutes.
  11. Place meat under broiler for 5 minutes.
  12. Baste meat with sauce and return to broiler for 2 more minutes. Repeat basting 3 more times.
  13. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350°. Baste with remaining sauce every 15 minutes..
