Ingredients of Dum Ki Murgh

  1. Make ready 1 kg of chicken.
  2. You need 2 cup of curd.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of cumin powder.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
  5. Make ready 1/2 tbsp of garam masala powder.
  6. Take of As required red chilli powder.
  7. It’s 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp of kewra water.
  9. Make ready 2 drop of meetha itre.
  10. Take 2 of nos onion.
  11. Take 1 1/2 of Ginger garlic paste.
  12. Take 5 gm of curry leaves.
  13. You need 2 of nos green chillies.
  14. Prepare Half of cup ghee.
  15. You need 2 of nos bay leaves.
  16. Prepare of Khada masala for tempering.
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp of Fried onion.
  18. You need 10 gm of coriander leaves.
  19. Take of Seasoning as required.

Dum Ki Murgh step by step

  1. Heat ghee temper the whole spices,bay keaves and curry leaves. Add onion followed by the ginger garlic paste wait till the raw flame goes.
  2. Add the slitted green chillies and the chicken mixture…
  3. Wait for the chicken to release water. Add itre, kewra water, baresta, coriander leaves rest garam masala powder on top.seal it with dough and lid.. put in a tawa and put on dum….
