- Make ready 1 kg of chicken.
- You need 2 cup of curd.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of garam masala powder.
- Take of As required red chilli powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of kewra water.
- Make ready 2 drop of meetha itre.
- Take 2 of nos onion.
- Take 1 1/2 of Ginger garlic paste.
- Take 5 gm of curry leaves.
- You need 2 of nos green chillies.
- Prepare Half of cup ghee.
- You need 2 of nos bay leaves.
- Prepare of Khada masala for tempering.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Fried onion.
- You need 10 gm of coriander leaves.
- Take of Seasoning as required.
Dum Ki Murgh step by step
- Heat ghee temper the whole spices,bay keaves and curry leaves.
Add onion followed by the ginger garlic paste wait till the raw flame goes.

- Wait for the chicken to release water.
Add itre, kewra water, baresta, coriander leaves rest garam masala powder on top.seal it with dough and lid.. put in a tawa and put on dum….
