- Take 5-6 of Sabut Kaali Mirch.

- Prepare 5 of Choti Elaichi.
- Prepare 1/2 Tea Spoon of Jeera.
- You need 1 of Small Daal Chini.
- You need 1 of Tej Patta.

Paneer Masala instructions
- Chop Onions very-very finely, grind tomatoes, green chillies & Ginger garlic paste finely into purée in a mixer grinder..
- Cut Paneer into cubes or whatever shape you like & roast them in a pan till golden brown on all sides..
- Now take a bowl, add water in with 1 Teaspoon Salt & mix it properly..
- Now add roasted paneer pieces in it & let them rest till gravy gets prepared..
- Now take a kadhai, add 1/4 Cup Desi Ghee in it & keep the gas on medium flame..
- When ghee gets heated up, add Khade masale in it & let them sizzle..
- When they start sizzling, add finely chopped onions in it & cook them till they turn into golden brown in colour..
- After 3 minutes, when they start changing colour, add 1 Teaspoon Haldi Powder in it & roast them till golden brown..
- Now add finely finely grinded tomato purée in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly..
- After 5-6 minutes, when oil is completely released, add spices mix in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes..
- After 2-3 minutes, lower the flame, add 1/2 Cup Dahi in it & start stirring it immediately so that it doesn’t get burned..
- Now add paneer cubes with 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 1 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi & Butter cube in it with some water & mix them properly..
- Cook them for 4-5 minutes..
- Your Paneer Masala is ready to be served..
