- Prepare 500 gm of chicken boneless.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Take 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of crushed green chillies.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of cornflour.
- Prepare 1/3 cup of Yougrt.
- It’s 4 tbsp of cream.
- It’s 1 tbsp of kasuri methi.
- It’s 2 tbsp of oil.
Murgh Malai boti instructions
- Cut chicken in cubes..
- Now add salt and lemon juice and leave it for about half an hour..
- Now in a bowl add ginger garlic paste, yougurt, cream, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, cornflour, crushed green chilli, kasuri methi, and oil..
- Mix all ingredients well..
- Now add chicken cubes in marination..
- And mix well..
- Leave it for about 4 hours..
- Now put your chicken in skewers and grill them and enjoy..
