- It’s 1 cube of Cheddar Cheese.
- Prepare 1 cup of Peas.
- Make ready 2 of Onion.
- You need 2 of Tomato.
- You need of Ginger 1 inch piece.
- Prepare 2 of Green chillies.
- Make ready 2-3 tbsp of Malai /cream.
- Prepare of Milk 1/2 cup (opt).
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Red pepper powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It’s of Garam masala1/2tsp.
- It’s piece of Mace(javitri) 1small.
- Take 2-3 tbsp of Clarified butter/desi ghee.
- It’s of Dry crushed Coriander/cilantro leaves a few fo' sprinkling.

- Firstly peel onion, ginger then roughly chop with the help of a knife..make a smooth paste of roughly chopped onion, tomatoes ginger n green chilles.
- Heat clarified butter/desi ghee in a pan n stir fry the onion tomato mixture fo' about10-15 minutes till the masala releases its oil n get cooked well on medium to low heat..add salt,red pepper powder,turmeric powder, mace(fo'aroma)n peas..add beaten malai/cream at this stage n cook fo'5-7minutes more at low flame till peas get fried nicely in masala..add cup of water n bring to a boil.
- Add small cheese cubes n cook fo'a while on low flame by covering the lid of the pan..put some dry coriander leaves on the hot lid of the pan to remove the moisture of dry coriander then crush with hand n make coarsely powder.
- Check the consistency of gravy n pour a little bit of milk or water(consistency of gravy may n't be pouring)..add garam masala,stir well n switch off the flame.
- Yo'r Indian style peas n cheese with gravy is done.
- Transfer the cooked gravy in a bowl..sprinkle dry coriander powder..drizzle a spoon of fresh malai/cream around n garnish with mint leaves.
