Ingredients of Red Indian gravy(North Indian red curry)
- Make ready 3 of Onions.
- Take 5 of Tomatoes.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 4-5 tbsp of Olive oil.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Turmeric.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of Cumin powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
Red Indian gravy(North Indian red curry) instructions
- Heat a wok and add oil to it. When the oil gets hot, add onion paste to it.
Saute the onion paste nicely..
- Add ginger garlic paste after few minutes.
Mix it well and add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt to it..
- Salt will work as preservative.
Finally add tomato puree and mix this well..
- Cover it with lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. Stir in between.
Or can be pressure cooked till one whistle.
