  2. Make ready 1 cup of Chanay boiled.
  3. Prepare half cup of Oil.
  4. Prepare 3 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

  6. It’s 1 tbsp of Salt.
  7. Take 1 tsp of Haldi.
  8. Prepare 1.5 tsp of Red pepper.
  9. You need 1.5 tsp of Zeera powder.
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of Dhania powder.
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp of Fenugreek leaves.
  12. Take 3 of Green chillies.
  13. Take 5 of Tomatoes peeled and blended.
  14. Take 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  15. Take 1 tbsp of Sabit garam masala.
  16. It’s of Dhania fresh for garnishing.
  17. Make ready 2 cups of Water.

In pan heat oil, add onion and fenugreek seeds fry till light gold.Add tomatoes and when tender add GGP, chicken and red lentils and mix well.When the chicken is tender, add the chickpeas and boiled lentils and stir them in.You can add some water depending on how much gravy you prefer.

  3. Now add ginger garlic paste in it and add whole garam masala including kali mirch darcheeni and bari ilachi..
  4. Now add tomato paste in it and bhonify add zeera dhania powder and fenugreek leaves too..
  5. Cover for 5mins on medium heat.now again bhonify until oil seperates Add chickpeas in it and green chillies now add water in it and make dum for 10mins on low heat..
  6. Sprinkle garam masala powder and fresh coriander and serve with chapatti or boiled rice and enjoy..
