  2. Make ready 2 1/4 cup of Water ( may vary by rice type ).
  3. You need 1 can of Black Beans ( or use fresh!! ).
  4. Prepare 1 can of Kidney Beans ( or fresh!! ).
  5. Take 1 can of Diced Tomatoes.
  6. Make ready 1 can of Sweet Corn.
  7. Make ready 1 each of Diced Onion.
  8. Take 1 can of Sweet Peas.
  9. Make ready 1 each of Diced Carrots.
  10. Prepare 1 each of Green Bell Pepper.
  11. Take 1 each of Diced Celery.
  12. It’s of Light Adobo, black pepper, paprika, sea salt.

  1. Add everything in a big pot and cook until rice is tender! ( My yellow rice to about 35-40 minutes ).
    • Fresh Ingredients are ALWAYS best! But canned or frozen are good substitutes as well!.
