Ingredients of Chapati Stir Fry

  1. You need 3 of leftover chapatis/fhulkas.
  2. It’s 2 tablespoon of oil.
  3. It’s 1 of small onion chopped fine.
  4. Prepare 1 of chopped green chilli.
  5. Prepare 100 grams of finely chopped cabbage.
  6. It’s 50 grams of finely grated carrot.
  7. Make ready 1 of small capsicum sliced/chopped fine.
  8. Take 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste.
  9. Prepare 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup.
  10. Prepare 1.5 teaspoon of soya sauce.
  11. You need to taste of Salt.
  12. You need Handful of chopped coriander/parsley leaves.
  13. Take 1 of Juice of lemon.

  4. Mix well and cook covered for 5-7 minutes on Low heat until the veggies soften a bit.
  5. After which, add the lemon juice,ginger-garlic paste, ketchup and soya sauce.
  6. Mix well and add the chapati pieces now.
  7. Mix well so that the chapati pieces are well coated with the flavours (since we need the chapatis to be crispy,do not overcook;as they may soften).
  8. Take off heat and serve immediately garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
