  5. Take 2 tsps of Dhaniya coriander powder / powder ..
  6. You need 2 tsps of Jeera cumin powder / roaster powder ..
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Amchoor mango Powder powder / Dry (Optional).
  8. Take to taste of Salt ..

Slow Cooked Jeera Aalu/potato stir fry instructions

  1. In a Kadhai/wok, heat the oil..
  2. Add the cumin seeds and green chillies..
  3. Reduce the heat for medium-low..
  4. Drain the potatoes well and wipe them with a kitchen towel/cloth. We dont want much moisture on it..
  5. Add them to the wok..
  6. Keep stirring until all the potatoes are covered with oil..
  7. Let it cook for about 30 min, stirring occasionally..
  8. Add the masalas and salt. mix well..
  9. Now let it cook for 20 more min, so that the potatoes are cooked through and have a crispy exterior..
  10. Serve with love..
