Ingredients of Murgh chole

  1. Prepare of Chicken pieces 1 1/2kg.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of Chickpeas.
  3. It’s 1 cup of Oil.
  4. You need of Finely chopped onions2.
  5. Take of Ground white cumin1tsp.
  6. Prepare of Turmeric1tsp.
  7. Take of All spice powder1tsp.
  8. You need of Ginger garlic paste1tbsp.
  9. Make ready of Salt as required.

Murgh chole step by step

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet and fry the onions till golden brown..
  2. Now add the chicken,and cook until the water(left by the chicken) dries.Add the ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,alls pice powder,and salt.Fry on a  low flame.
  3. Drain the water from the soaked chickpeas. Again add 2 -3 glasses of water along with  the yellow lentils..
  4. Boil the chickpeas and lentils  in a saucepan,Add the soada bicarbonate and cook until the chickpeas are tender..
  5. Add the chickpeas.
  6. Add2  cups of water and cook until  the mixture begins to boil.
  7. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the oil forms a sepeatte layer on top.
  8. Ready murgh chole.
