  1. Take 1 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup of wheat flour.
  2. You need 1 cup of green peas(fresh).
  3. Take 1-2 tsp of or to taste green chillies(chopped).

  5. Take 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.

  1. Take 1&1/4 cups wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp oil & salt in a large bowl with a wide mouth..
  2. Add enough water in small quantity & bind smooth & soft dough as you do for any other Paratha..
  3. Cover it with a muslin cloth & leave aside for 10-15 mints,in the meantime prepare the stuffing..
  4. Boil green peas in salted water until soft in a pan.Drain them & keep aside. Add a pinch of sugar while boiling so that it does not loose it's tempting green colour..
  5. Crush boiled green peas with green chillies & coriander leaves in a food processor or blender until medium coarse texture..
  6. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a medium size pan.Add cumin seeds & allow them to sizzle..
  7. Add chopped gingers & saute for few mints. Then add the crushed green peas,coriander powder,garam masala powder & lemon juice..
  8. Mix well & cook for couple of mints. Turn off flame & let it cool for 5-6 mints..
  9. Knead the dough again,device stuffing & dough each into 5 equal portions,make balls from them.Take each dough ball, press it a little to give a shape of pattie..
  10. Flatten it using your palms into approx-3 inch diameter bowl shaped dice or roll it out into a circle(3inch diameter)..
  11. Place one stuffing ball in the middle & wrap with all sides. Pull all edges upwards & seal them where they meet in the centre.It will result in a ball like shape..
  12. Take 1/2 cup wheat flour in a flat plate for coating & dusting dough balls. Put stuffed ball in it & press a little, coat it's upper surface with dry wheat flour & transfer it to rolling board..
  13. Roll it out into 1/4 inch thick circle having about 6-7 diameter..
  14. Heat tawa over medium flame.When it is medium hot,place rolled raw parathas over it & cook until small bubbles appear on top..
  15. Flip & spread 1/2 tsp oil evenly around it's circle edge & shallow fry both sides until light golden brown & pots appear..
  16. Transfer it to a serving plate & apply butter over it..
  17. Repeat the process with remaining dough & stuffing balls & prepare remaining ones..
  18. Serve hot green peas parathas with coriander chutney..
