Ingredients of Egg Parata
- Take 1 of Onion : chopped fine.
- It’s 5 of Eggs : whisked together.
- It’s 1/4 inch of Ginger : minced fine.
- You need 2 of Garlic : minced fine.
- It’s 2 of Green chillies , : chopped.
- It’s pinch of Turmeric Powder: a.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Coriander Powder:.
- It’s 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of Chilli Powder:.
- You need of Salt.
- You need of Pepper.
- Make ready of Curry leaves.
- Prepare of Oil.
- You need 4 of Paratas: Frozen or home made -.
Egg Parata step by step
- To some heated oil, add the curry leaves and onions, and saute until the onions have softened.
- Next add the ginger, garlic and green chillies and let it cook.
- Add the three masala powders, and allow it to cook until the masala smell is gone.
- Pour the whisked eggs and cook it like you would cook scramble eggs.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the paratas as the eggs cook and though it may be hot roughly chop or rip the paratas and toss it with the egg mixture and mix it all up.
- Garnish with some coriander leaves, and serve it hot with some raita or even tomato sauce.
