- Take 1 of big green Capsicum finely chopped.
- Take 1/2 tsp of green Chilli finely chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp of boiled Rajma.
- It’s 1 tbsp of finely chopped onion.
- Take 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander.
- You need 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
- You need 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- Prepare As per taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oil.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of fruit salt.
- Prepare as needed of Cheese & chilli flakes.
- Take For of Stir fried ingredients:-.
- Prepare 1 tsp of oil.
- It’s 3 of Garlic pods sliced long.
- You need 1/2 cup of Onion sliced long.
- You need 1/2 cup of carrot sliced long.
- You need 1/2 cup of capsicum sliced long.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of boiled Rajma.
- It’s 1/2 cup of tomato sliced long.
- Take 1/2 tsp of red chilli sauce.
- It’s 1/2 cup of salsa.
- Take 1/2 tsp of coriander finely chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of spring onion leaves finely chopped.
- Prepare as needed of Cheese.

Mexican Stir Fry Dhokla step by step
- Add salsa in dhokla batter & mix well
Now add green Chilli, capsicum, boiled rajma, onion, coriander, chilli flakes, garlic paste, salt,oil, fruit salt & mix well..
- Fill in cupcake mould up to 3/4-level, sprinkle chilli flakes & grated cheese on top and steam in dhokla stand for 10- minutes on high flame..
- Cool dhokla and cut into 4-pieces. Now saute dhokla with little oil in pan and keep aside..
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onion and stir for a while..
- Add carrot, green capsicum, chilli flakes, rajma and cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Now add tomatoes, red chilli sauce, salsa and mix well and add dhokla,mix properly add coriander, onion leaves and turn off gas..
- Serve ready Mexican Dhokla in a plate garnish with chopped spring onion and grated cheese..
