Ingredients of Sinasir

  1. Prepare of Shinkafar masa (karamin kwano).
  2. You need 1 cup of Rice.
  3. You need 2 of tspn Yeast.
  4. Take of Onions.
  5. Prepare of Salt.
  6. Take of Sugar.

  1. Soak the shinkafar masa for some hours until it's soft.
  2. Cook the other rice.
  3. Drain the water and mix the shinkafar masa with normal rice and blend.
  4. Add the yeast and cover it then allow it to rise.
  5. Cut the onion into small pieces then add it into the mixture.
  6. Add a little salt and sugar then fry it.
  7. When frying, the frying pan should be covered and no need to turn it to the other side.
  8. Serve it with any soup of your choice.
