Ingredients of Kadhi pakora

  5. Prepare 4 cups of Water.
  6. Take 1 tsp of Salt.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of Chicken powder.
  8. It’s 2 of Green chilles.
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  10. You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
  11. It’s 1 tbsp of Garlic chopped.
  12. You need of Curry leaves 3-4.

Kadhi pakora step by step

  1. In a blender add yogurt, besan, coconut powder, salt, chicken powder, haldee and green chillies and blend the paste.
  2. In a pot heat oil and garlic and curry leaves and saute a minute.
  3. Add the blender yogurt mixture and cook for a minute.
  4. Now add the water and cook on high flame till bubbles comes.
  5. After bubbles come, stir the kadhi and slow the flame and cook for 30-35 minutes and keep stirring after every 5 minutes.
  6. In a mean while make pakoras and keep a side.
  7. At a time of serving take out the kadhi in a dish add the pakoras and serve with rice.
