Take to taste of Salt according.

Sieve semolina in a bowl..
Add fenugreek leaves, oats, salt, pepper, curd, semolina, green chilli and chaat masala in it. Mix well..
Divide the mixture into equal portions..
Roll the mixture into cylindrical shape and attach an ice cream stick at bottom..
Heat oil in a pan.Deep fry till it becomes golden brown and crispy..
Drain it on absorbent paper..
Wrap the foil paper at ice cream sticks..
Serve hot with tomato ketchup..
