Ingredients of Veg lollipops
- Take 4 of boiled potatoes.
- It’s 1 of capsicum chopped.
- It’s 1 of carrot chopped.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Take 1/2 of beetroot chopped.
- It’s 1 of big onion chopped.
- Prepare 100 gms of paneer.
- Prepare 2 cubes of cheese.
- Prepare 1-2 tsp of maida.
- It’s as required of Bread crumbs.
- Take as required of Oil for frying.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1-2 of green chillies u can adjust as per your choice.
- You need As per taste of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Make ready As per taste of Amchur powder.

- Take a wok. Add oil to it and let it heat. Add chopped onions and green chillies to it. Cook it for few mins and then add Ginger garlic paste to it. Let it cook. Now add chopped capsicum and chopped carrot to it and finally add beetroot to it.let it cook properly. Now add salt, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder and garam masala to it. Let it cook properly then add crumbled paneer and grated cheese to it. - Take maida and add water and make slurry of it. Dip the balls in the maida slurry and then dip in bread crumbs. Let it cover properly. Make all the balls and roll it in bread crumbs and cover with bread crumbs. Keep it in the fridge for at least half and hour..
- After half and hour. Take oil in wok let it heat properly then deep fry the balls. Take out the balls and then insert the sticks in the ball to give a look of lollipop.
