Ingredients of Strawberry Delight

1. Make ready 500 ml of Milk.
2. It’s 2 tablespoon of Strawberry custard powder.
3. Prepare 7 tablespoon of sugar.
4. You need 150 gram of double cream/heavy cream.
5. Take 1 packet of Strawberry jelly.
6. It’s of Vanilla sponge cake or plain cake for layering.
7. Prepare of Fresh strawberries for chunks.
8. You need of Chocolate for topping.

Strawberry Delight step by step

1. Instruction:

Make the strawberry custard as per the instruction on the packet using all the relevant ingredients. Once custard is ready take it out in a separate bowl and mix in 150g double cream or heavy cream.

Make strawberry jelly as per instruction..

1. Layering:

Any cake layer. Break the jelly in small pieces and add on top of cake. Add Strawberry custard. Add fresh Strawberry chunks and chocolate flakes to decorate..
