Ingredients of Dall makhni

  1. You need 1 bowl of udadh dall.
  2. Take 2 glass of water.
  3. You need 1/4 bowl of rajma.
  4. Take 1 spoon of salt.
  5. Prepare 1 spoon of turmric powder.
  6. Prepare 1/2 spoon of red chilli powder.
  7. It’s 1 spoon of coriander powder.
  8. It’s 4 of ; 5 pieces garli.
  9. Take 1 of small pieace ginger.
  10. Take 1 tbs of butter.
  11. You need 1/2 bowl of cream.

It means butter or butter like.Ghee and makkhan are both Hindi words.Dal makhani recipe with step by step photos -this is restaurant style dal makhani.To get the smoky flavor, dhungar method is used at the end.

Dall makhni step by step

  1. Firstly take acooker add dall nd rajma add salt nd mix it now cover the lid nd boil dall for 30 to 35 minutes on low flame.
  2. Now make a paste of onion,tomato green,chilli, garlic nd ginger.
  3. Now take a wok add butter heat itadd coriander powder fry it add onion tomato paste nd fry it add turmric powder red chilli powder mix it now add boil dall in it mix well.
  4. Serve it with rice or chappati.
