  1. It’s 1 cup of Gram flour.
  2. Take 1/2 cup of Water.
  3. Take 1 of Potato.
  4. Take 2 of Green chillies.
  5. It’s 1 of Onion.
  6. You need 1 spoon of Ginger garlic paste.
  7. You need 1/2 spoon of Jeera /cumin seeds.
  8. Take 1/2 spoon of ajwain /carom seeds.
  9. You need 1/2 spoon of saunf/fennel seeds.
  10. Prepare spoon of Kasuri methi.
  11. Prepare 1/2 spoon of Red chilli powder.
  12. Make ready 1/3 spoon of turmeric powder / haldi.
  13. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  14. You need as needed of Oil for deep frying.

  5. When potatoes are finished then add chopped onion and chilles to besan and mix. Now make pakoda into oil and fry them until become golden and crispy.. now enjoy.
