  1. It’s 1/3 bag of of elbow noodles..
  2. Prepare 1/3 of red onion..
  3. Prepare 1 of Frozen peas to taste.
  4. You need 2 can of tuna..
  5. Take 2 of stock green onion.
  6. Make ready 1 of Baby spinach.
  7. Prepare 1/3 stick of of white cheddar cheese.
  8. Take 1/3 jar of of Alfredo sauce.
  9. You need 1/2 of red pepper..

Tuna-Veggie Casserole instructions

  1. Dice up all the veggies except the spinach..
  2. Boil the noodles and frozen peas until they're almost done. (If you're using canned peas, just open and drain the can.).
  3. Open and drain the tuna..
  4. Mix together the noodles, tuna, Alfredo sauce and veggies (except the spinach) in a deep casserole dish..
  5. Cover the mixture with baby spinach. Top that with grated cheese..
