Ingredients of Sinasir
Take of Rice(Shinkafan Tuwo).
It’s of Left over rice.
Prepare of Yeast.
Prepare 1 cup of water.
Make ready of Salt.
Make ready 1 of tblspn Sugar.
It’s of Lemon(the Acidic zing in lemon gives it an awesome taste).

Soak the Rice for an Hour….
Add the Left Over Rice and Yeast to the Soaked rice.
Use a Blender nd Blend until a Smooth Paste is achieved.
Add In salt,Sugar and Squeeze In lemon to the Mixture.
Cover Your Mixture and Allow to rise for just an Hour.
On a Low heat add little Oil to the Non stick Pan,Scoop and add in d Batter to the Pan,Cover and allow to cook for minute,Do not Turn.
Remove and assemble the Sinasir,,,Serve With desired Soup,Pepper Soup or anything as desired.I served Mine with Spinach Mix,You can Check my Previous Recipes for that Too.
