1. Sift all the dry ingredints first.
2. Beat oil and sugar very well and add eggs one by one and beat well.
3. Add vanila extract and dry mixture gradually then pour milk and beat well.
4. Pour in a round pan and bake in a pre heated oven on 170 degree for 35-45 minutes.
5. Take out of the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
